Free plan

Evaluate CRA Evidence with limited capacity.

Limitations:

  • No VEX authoring or CI/CD integration
  • No HBOM support

Professional plan

For growing teams needing more capacity and advanced features.

Includes everything in Free, plus:

  • VEX authoring and CI/CD pipeline integration
  • HBOM (Hardware Bill of Materials) support
  • Priority email support
  • Extended API rate limits
  • Custom classification rules

View your current plan

Navigate to SettingsBilling to see:

  • Current plan and billing cycle
  • Next billing date
  • Usage against plan limits

Tip: Usage bars turn yellow at 70% and red at 90%.

Upgrade your plan

Paid plans (Professional and Enterprise) are sales-only. There is no self-serve credit-card checkout in the app.

To move to a paid plan, contact sales@craevidence.com for a quote. Our team will arrange pricing and activate your plan.

What happens:

  • New features and increased limits activate once your plan is set up
  • Billing terms are agreed with the sales team

Downgrade your plan

  1. Navigate to SettingsBilling.
  2. Click Change Plan.
  3. Ensure usage is within the lower plan's limits.

Warning: If you exceed the new plan's limits, reduce usage first (delete products, remove members, or free storage).

The downgrade takes effect at your next billing date.

Manage payment

Navigate to SettingsBillingManage Payment to:

  • Update credit card
  • Add new payment methods
  • View invoices
  • See billing history

CRA Evidence uses Stripe for secure payment processing. We support major credit cards and bank transfers for Enterprise accounts.

Trial period

New accounts receive a free 14-day trial of full Enterprise-tier features, capped at 10 products and 5 users.

During trial:

  • Access all Enterprise-tier features (within the 10-product, 5-user caps)
  • Full API access
  • No credit card required

When trial ends:

  • Moved to Free plan if you do not upgrade
  • Your data remains intact
  • Features above Free limits become unavailable

Tip: The dashboard shows remaining trial days.

Plan limits

Storage

Storage includes SBOMs, documents, firmware files, and exports.

Threshold What happens
70% Yellow warning
90% Red warning
100% New uploads blocked

To reduce storage:

  • Delete old versions
  • Remove duplicate SBOMs
  • Archive unused products

Team members

Member limits include all users regardless of role. At the limit, new invitations are blocked.

Products

Product limits count active products. Archived products do not count.

Cancellation

Closing your account is self-service from Settings → Profile → Danger Zone.

What happens:

  • Closure starts a 30-day reversible grace period during which your data is preserved
  • You cannot log in during the grace period, but you can ask support to restore the account
  • After 30 days, deletion becomes irreversible

Tax information

  • Prices shown in EUR
  • VAT applied for EU customers based on location
  • Enter VAT number in billing settings for reverse charge
