Free Plan

Evaluate CRA Evidence with limited capacity.

Includes:

  • Up to 3 products
  • Up to 5 team members
  • 1 GB storage

Limitations:

  • No SCIM provisioning
  • No firmware analysis
  • Community support only

Professional Plan

For growing teams needing more capacity and advanced features.

Includes everything in Free, plus:

Enterprise Plan

View your current plan

Navigate to SettingsBilling to see:

  • Current plan and billing cycle
  • Next billing date
  • Usage against plan limits

Tip: Usage bars turn yellow at 70% and red at 90%.

Upgrade your plan

  1. Navigate to SettingsBilling.
  2. Click Upgrade Plan.
  3. Select your new plan.
  4. Complete checkout.

What happens:

  • New features activate immediately
  • Increased limits apply right away
  • You're charged prorated for the billing cycle
  • Future billing reflects the new price

Downgrade your plan

  1. Navigate to SettingsBilling.
  2. Click Change Plan.
  3. Ensure usage is within the lower plan's limits.

Warning: If you exceed the new plan's limits, reduce usage first (delete products, remove members, or free storage).

The downgrade takes effect at your next billing date.

Manage payment

Navigate to SettingsBillingManage Payment to:

  • Update credit card
  • Add new payment methods
  • View invoices
  • See billing history

CRA Evidence uses Stripe for secure payment processing. We support major credit cards and bank transfers for Enterprise accounts.

Trial period

New accounts receive a free trial of Professional features.

During trial:

  • Access all Professional features
  • Full API access
  • No credit card required

When trial ends:

  • Moved to Free plan if you don't upgrade
  • Your data remains intact
  • Features above Free limits become unavailable

Tip: The dashboard shows remaining trial days.

Plan limits

Storage

Storage includes SBOMs, documents, firmware files, and exports.

Threshold What happens
70% Yellow warning
90% Red warning
100% New uploads blocked

To reduce storage:

  • Delete old versions
  • Remove duplicate SBOMs
  • Archive unused products

Team members

Member limits include all users regardless of role. At the limit, new invitations are blocked.

Products

Product limits count active products. Archived products don't count.

Cancellation

Contact support@craevidence.com to cancel.

What happens:

  • Account stays active until end of paid period
  • Export your data anytime
  • Account converts to read-only after period ends
  • Data retained 90 days, then deleted

Contact sales@craevidence.com for:

  • Annual billing with discounts
  • Purchase orders
  • Custom invoicing
  • Volume pricing

Tax information

  • Prices shown in EUR
  • VAT applied for EU customers based on location
  • Enter VAT number in billing settings for reverse charge
